Hidden Valley is a large North Calgary residential community in Calgary’s northern central suburbs. Established in 1990, Hidden Valley has a population of 11,874 people and 3,839 dwellings. It covers an area of 3.2 square kilometres. Hidden Valley homes for sale are largely single family detached houses which account for 89% of residential structures. The remaining 11% are duplexes and townhouses. There are currently no multi-family structures in Hidden Valley. The houses are characteristic of the 90s architectural suburban style of two story houses with horizontal vinyl siding. Houses have either attached street facing garage or detached alley facing garage. Hidden Valley is one of the few ‘lake communities’ in north Calgary, as they are primarily located in the SW and SE suburbs. The small artificial lake provides a waterfront property to a selection of the homes here.
