Rosedale is a small inner city NW Calgary neighbourhood located directly north of downtown and east of SAIT, covering 0.5 sq. km. This community established in 1929 and currently has a population of 1,579 people living in 582 dwellings. Rosedale homes for sale are principally single family detached houses. These houses account for 95% of all housing structures in the community. This is a homeowner majority community with 79% of dwellings occupied by the owner. Houses here come from many different decades of development, many original homes were replaced with modern ones over the years.
