Silver Springs is a large NW Calgary neighbourhood established in 1980 a year before it’s sister community of Scenic Acres, located to the north. This expansive suburban community covers 3.4 square kilometres, and is home to 8,900 people living in 3,470 homes. It is located on the south side of Crowchild Trail between Nose Hill Drive and Silver Springs Gate. Silver Springs homes for sale are typically single family detached houses built in the 1980’s, however there is greater variety in real estate here than can be found in Scenic Acres.
